I cannot say enough about Jeremy Johnson! He came into our

school to train my students to lead a Freshmen Boot camp and

instantly connected with them. He engaged, enthralled, and inspired them. It was a pleasure watching him interact with the students. He was not only

entertaining, but very knowledgeable about the training. By the

time he left, my students were not only super-prepared for the

boot camp, but super-confident about their abilities.

The assembly today was by far the best most moving assembly I have ever attended. At first I grabbed my mp3 player and started listening to it so loud everyone could hear it. I feel fortunate to have heard Jeremy talk in multiple settings including classroom(s), school assembly, regional conference, state conference(s), workshop(s) and national conference, with an audience span of 25-2,500 people.  Jeremy is flexible and can accommodate the requests of the organization.  Last year I heard Jeremy give four different presentations to make sure his audiences heard new ideas and thoughts to challenge them.

Because of how Jeremy intereacted with students, it was clear that his

messages came from an authentic desire to encourage people to live

the best lives possible.  There is not a fake bone in Jeremy's body, and

high school students could tell that he is the real deal.  His

illustrations and humor created strong connections with every type

of student from our school--from skaters to gang bangers to athletes

to student body leaders to staff, he earned the right to be heard with

everyone there.  He did an exceptional job of creating a climate of trust, which allowed him to lead us through a powerful activity that demonstrated to students and staff that we are not alone.  The overall sequence and flow from one topic to the next made his messages very effective and impactful.  

His willingness to adapt his plan and work with me to meet all of our needs made him the easiest and most effective speaker I have ever interacted with.  He was able to shorten or lengthen his messages, add or drop illustrations, and even change how he approached activities at a moment's notice.  I'd like to figure out how we can have him at this event year after year, as well as how to bring him to every school in our area.  He is an invaluable resource for educators, and anyone else who works with young people.

You could not ask for a better speaker, or a higher-quality person to serve as a role model for your students and staff.  You will be encouraged from the moment you start interacting with Jeremy, and you will only wish you had brought him sooner.  He will make you look like a hero for booking him--do it!
